After recognizing the unmet security need that existed in corporate human resource departments, Brandon G. Phillips developed the concept of Global HR Research (GHRR). Today, under Phillips’ successful leadership, the Bonita Springs–based company provides a complete line of HR technology and talent selection services, including applicant tracking and employee requisitioning tools, pre-employment background screening, substance abuse testing, employee assessments, and corporate investigative services on an international basis.
Phillips is an executive entrepreneur with multiple successes in his portfolio. He has guided the growth of numerous projects from planning and development to sustainability.
He was most recently selected as a “Top 40 under 40” by Gulfshore Business Magazine for his entrepreneurial successes. Phillips has a proven track record of accomplishments that have been marked by focusing on maximizing cutting- edge business concepts in start-up ventures. He has a strong understanding of consumer and investor needs, developing solid, long-term business strategies, and executing via strong team building led by passionate and visionary management. Phillips has grown GHRR's client base to include Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, government agencies, health care facilities, and more. He attributes GHRR’s successful infiltration into this competitive industry to the company's ability to provide a full range of fast, accurate, and reliable services. Phillips, a Michigan native, is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
