CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prior to joining Global HR Research, Babylon served as one of the primary functional, finance and accounting project leads for the FAS Group prior to establishing her own practice providing financial consulting services. She has extensive experience in process-based auditing, mergers and acquisitions, Sarbanes-Oxley project lead experience, and business and accounting process enhancement, as well as a technical financial accounting background. Babylon has provided outsourced controllership services, served as a technical GAAP advisor, SEC technical advisory services, and unique professional consulting services to clients in various industries.
Mrs. Babylon’s diverse experiences include Big Six audit experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, merger and acquisition services, banking and sound Sarbanes-Oxley experiences. She brings more than 20 years of professional finance, accounting, and consulting experience to Global HR Research. Babylon graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 with a BSBA in finance and from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 with a Master of Professional Accounting.
